      You're welcome and I have honestly moved since this review video and no longer havre the dumbbells! I didn't have issues with them at all but really grew fond of the SMRTFIT Dumbbells - they "look the part" and are much more functional!

    I am 5’11 I used to do this all the time last basketball season and I could hang on rim and put back dunk, I got hurt over the summer and stopped doing this, I can no longer hang on rim and I struggle to grab it. I started doing this two weeks ago everyday, is there hope for me?
